Filing a takedown notice

• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on this site.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

Our response; counter-notice

We will remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material promptly after a valid notice, and will notify the party that posted it. That party may submit a counter-notice under § 512(g); if we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the statute.

Repeat infringement

We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation

Under § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
