Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of orprinterusa.com and the purchase of machines, custom dies, and related services from OR PRINTER USA, 202 N. Great Southwest Pkwy., Grand Prairie, TX 75050, USA, 469-284-8627, sales@orprinterusa.com. By using the site, creating a portal account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You confirm you are at least 13 years old; purchases and account creation are intended for adults acting on behalf of a business.

2. Custom products; quotes and pricing

Dies are custom-manufactured goods. Prices shown by the instant pricing calculator are estimates; the binding price is the one stated in your quote or order confirmation. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Taxes and applicable fees are extra.

3. Artwork and intellectual property

  • You represent and warrant that you own the artwork you upload or have a valid license to use it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • You grant us a limited license to reproduce, modify (e.g., scaling, trapping), and etch your artwork solely to produce your order.
  • We retain all rights in our website content, designs, processes, and know-how.
  • We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or violates our content standards.

4. Proofs and approval

When a proof is issued, you are responsible for reviewing spelling, sizes, orientation, and all specifications. After your approval we proceed to etching; errors present in approved proofs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Payment

Payment is due per your quote or invoice. If you save a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for orders you submit through the portal, including freight and address-correction fees when applicable. Card data is processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

6. Shipping, risk, and freight

  • Orders ship to the address you provide; transit times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Freight may be charged to your shipping account; if no account number is provided, shipping charges may be invoiced.
  • Additional shipping fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are your responsibility.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Cancelling an order

You can cancel or change any order easily, with a single step, any time before it enters production. Just email sales@orprinterusa.com with your order number (or call 469-284-8627) and we will confirm the cancellation the same business day; if you paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. If a die has already been approved for etching it cannot be cancelled, because it is a custom-manufactured good; we will always tell you the latest moment you can cancel before you approve the proof.

7.1 Defects and remedies

  • If a die is defective in materials or workmanship, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos; we will, at our option, remake or re-etch the die or refund the affected amount.
  • Machines are sold under the terms of their purchase agreement; contact us for warranty and support details.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO AN ORDER OR THE SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED ORDER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
